Prof. Weixing Wang from South China Agricultural University was Invited as International Technical Committee of ICAMTMS 2022

Wang Weixing, a doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, "Famous Teaching Teacher" and "My favorite supervisor" of South China Agricultural University. He has been engaged in wireless sensor network, agricultural internet of things, and intelligent agriculture for a long time. The main research work is information acquisition, modelling and monitoring in  orchards, tea plantations and other crop growing. He directed and completed projects such as public welfare project, Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Science and Technology Program Project and so on. He has been authorized 16 invention patents, published over 100 papers, and edited in chief 4 textbooks. He has won Second Prize of Guangdong Agricultural Technology Promotion Award, Second Prize of China Geographic Information Science and Technology Progress Award, First Prize of Hainan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and so forth. He is holding concurrent posts like the director of Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center for Monitoring Agricultural Information, the executive director of Guangdong measurement and Control Technology and Equipment Application Promotion Association, the Deputy Director of Teaching Steering Committee of Electronic Information Specialty in Guangdong Province, etc.. 

王卫星，男，河北宣化人，博士，教授，博士生导师。华南农业大学首届“教学名师”，华南农业大学 “我最喜爱的研究生导师”。长期致力于无线传感器网络、农业物联网、智慧农业等方面的研究，重点关注果园、茶园等农作物农情信息获取、建模与监测，为农业现代化提供理论依据及技术支撑。主持完成国土资源部公益性行业科研专项、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技计划等项目。获得广东省农业技术推广奖二等奖（1/15）、中国地理信息科技进步奖二等奖（1/12）、海南省科学技术进步奖一等奖（4/10）、国土资源科学技术奖二等奖（6/10）、中国农业机械学会优秀学术论文一等奖等奖项，获得国家授权发明专利16件，发表学术论文100余篇，主编出版4部教材。兼任广东省农情信息监测工程研究中心主任、广东省测量控制技术与装备应用促进会常务理事、广东省本科高校电子信息类专业教学指导委员会副主任委员等。
