 Prof. Qiyin Lin, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China

Dr. Qiyin Lin is a professor, PhD supervisor, from the School of Mechanical Engineering in Xi’an Jiaotong University. He is the winner of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Dr. Lin now serves as the standing committee member & deputy secretary-general of Manufacturing Technology Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, the standing committee member of Machinery Industry Automation Branch and Group & Intelligent Integration Technology Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, and the standing committee member of Smart Factory Professional Committee of China Graphics Society. His research interest is in the area of design theory & method of mechanical functional surfaces/interfaces and structures, which includes design methods of functional structures for heat transfer, fluid mechanics and its application on such the basic components as journal bearings of Turbomachines, design and assembly methods for aeroengines, the design theory & method based on deep learning and topology optimization, and so on. Dr. Lin also is the recipient of several research awards including the First Prize (2022) of Shaanxi Province Natural Science Award, the Outstanding Prize (2018) and First Prize (2023) of the China Machinery Industry Science & Technology Award, and the Outstanding Prize (2022) and First Prize (2018) of the Shaanxi University Science & Technology Award.

林起崟：西安交通大学教授、博士生导师，国家优秀青年基金获得者；兼任中国自动化学会制造技术专业委员会常务委员兼副秘书长，中国机械工程学会机械工业自动化分会常务委员、成组与智能集成技术分会常务委员，中国图学学会智能工厂专业委员会常务委员等。一直从事机械装配表/界面及结构的设计理论与方法研究；主持国家自然科学基金集成项目课题、优青项目、面上项目、青年基金，国家科技重大专项课题，国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目等国家级项目；成果获评陕西省自然科学一等奖（2022）、中国机械工业科学技术特等奖（2018）和一等奖（2023）、陕西高等学校科学技术特等奖（2022）和一等奖（2018）等科技奖励。
